DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support on clerical duties, some of which are following up with orders
- Maintain & control efficient filing system of all documents
- Make and receive phone calls in a professional manner.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as they are assigned from time to time.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, & EXPERIENCE:
- No experience is required as training would be provided
- Minimum O level and above
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Neat, meticulous with good organization skills
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
