JOB PURPOSE:

We are looking for qualified talent for the role of Administrative Assistant to provide support for our sales department.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support on clerical duties, some of which are following up with orders
  • Maintain & control efficient filing system of all documents
  • Make and receive phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as they are assigned from time to time.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, & EXPERIENCE:

  • No experience is required as training would be provided
  • Minimum O level and above
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Neat, meticulous with good organization skills
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
