Job description

  • Manage existing accounts by obtaining new orders, maintain order flow and communication with customer.
  • Establish new accounts by prospecting, qualifying, cold calling, and organizing daily work.
  • Proficiently contact customers via phone, email, and in person.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Occasional domestic and international travel.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly forecast plans.
