We are looking for a detail oriented, data-driven individual who loves to use their investigative and analytics skills to join our Sales Team. You will be a key member of the Sales Operations team, providing daily support to the sales team by becoming the go to expert on the sales process and ensuring our customers are set up for success.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Create and maintain daily reporting to monitor business health
  • Help manage and update customer accounts
  • Define and implement sales work flows
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, including billing, reporting & general inquires
  • Help design new features and functionality within SAP
  • Support sales leadership with ad hoc projects and initiatives
  • Track team performance through daily/weekly/monthly reporting

Who you are

  • 2-3 years of work experience, preferably in analytics, strategy, or operations roles
  • Strong analytical skills, including moderate/advanced Excel
  • Familiar with SAP
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Superior organizational and time management skills; Ability to prioritize workload and lead multiple projects and tasks
  • You love iteration: if something isn’t working, you’re comfortable starting over and building something new
  • Fluent in English and German both written and verbal communication
  • Proven Success developing procedural efficiency
  • Skilled at working independently as well as with a team
  • Excellent problem solving skills with a technical aptitude
  • Detail Oriented
  • Comfortable with constantly-evolving processes
  • Able to multi-task and switch gears quickly and easily
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Proficient in Professional Communication
