This year, Sourceability reached a major milestone: our 10-year anniversary. Over the past decade, we’ve gone from startup to trusted global chip supplier. Thanks to our dedicated team, we’ve redefined how companies source, manage, and forecast their electronic components needs.
Part of our anniversary celebration was a reaffirmation of our mission to deliver smarter, scalable sourcing solutions powered by technology and global expertise. We want to take a moment to reflect on our progress, thank our partners, and set the stage for our next decade of industry innovation.
With 10 years behind us, 2025 became a year to expand and renew our industry leadership. Recognizing the shifting dynamics of the semiconductor supply chain, we invested heavily in talent acquisition around the globe. We’ve welcomed experienced sales executives, business development leaders, and chip industry experts into our team to help meet the rapidly changing demands of our expanding customer base.
These key hires are already playing vital roles in bettering our customer relationships and helping drive sustainable growth. Looking ahead, continued investments in our leadership team will unlock new value through greater strategic insight and market responsiveness, allowing us to deliver exceptional value to our customers worldwide.
Sourceability’s growth in 2025 wasn’t limited to personnel. We’ve embarked on a robust global expansion strategy that includes entry into new markets such as France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Vietnam, Thailand, and Canada. Expanding into these new areas complement our efforts to strengthen our presence in current key regions, including the U.S., Mexico, Germany, the U.K., the Nordics & Baltics, Benelux, South Korea, India, Taiwan, the Philippines, and China.
Global expansion allows us to offer local expertise no matter where our customers are located. As we continue to grow our footprint, our goal is to ensure all customers receive responsive service, accurate regional insights, and seamless sourcing wherever they operate.
Further cementing our commitment to quality, Sourceability also became a certified member of the Independent Distributors of Electronics Association (IDEA) in 2025 and earned the prestigious IDEA-QMS-9090 certification. This recognition reflects our rigorous quality control processes, robust anti-counterfeit protocols, and continuous improvement ethos.
From the start more than 10 years ago, quality has been a core pillar of our business. It will continue to be a guiding principle for our expansion efforts in 2026 and beyond.
Technology is another foundational contributor to Sourceability’s success over the past decade. Our hybrid model, a blend of digital innovation and human expertise, captures this philosophy. In 2025, we made major strides in enhancing this model to ensure our customers benefit from real-time intelligence, flexible sourcing, and trusted local support.
Our flagship platforms, Sourcengine and Datalynq, continue to evolve as powerful, data-driven tools that guide decision-making. They allow customers to analyze component availability and pricing trends and use that information to stay ahead of lifecycle risks and other forms of disruption. Combined with our experienced teams located in key regions worldwide, we can deliver a truly integrated sourcing experience that’s both agile and scalable.
Despite an excellent year, we aren’t content to sit back. As global demand for semiconductors and critical electronic components continues to rise in the face of increasing supply chain volatility, we’re preparing for a year of intense focus and innovation.
Sourceability will continue to invest in testing, quality certifications, and anti-counterfeit measures. This includes strengthening our internal QMS and enhancing our product verification processes. In 2026, we also aim to expand partnerships with franchise and high-quality suppliers to ensure customers never have to worry about accessing vetted components when they need them most.
Our goal is to provide peace of mind for every buyer by ensuring the components we deliver meet the highest standards of authenticity and performance.
This year, we also plan to advance the integration between our digital platforms and global sales teams. Our roadmap includes developing new tools for sourcing automation and market intelligence while expanding the capabilities of Sourcengine and Datalynq. As part of this evolution, we’ll align more closely with regional teams to help customers mitigate supply chain risks and manage geopolitical uncertainty.
We plan to open new offices and forge strategic partnerships in additional high-growth regions, adding to our significant expansion this year. Our network of franchised partnerships will continue to expand, and we’re also investing in deeper relationships with vetted suppliers to broaden availability and reduce procurement risk. In 2026 and beyond, this global expansion will empower customers to source smarter regardless of their geographic location.
Our people are a core pillar of our success. We’ll double down on our commitment to our team in 2026. One focus will be growing our internal capabilities in analytics, sourcing, operations, quality, and engineering by investing in employee development and training while also welcoming new members into the team.
We’ll also continue to prioritize a culture that values innovation and adaptability. As the electronic components market shifts, our team ensures we’re ready to not just meet tomorrow’s challenges, but lead the way in solving them.
Customer experience is, as always, a top priority for 2026. We’re working to improve response times, deliver even more transparent and actionable supply data, and create better workflows through our digital platforms.
At the same time, we’re expanding our ability to provide proactive market insights and lifecycle intelligence. This will help customers stay ahead of trends and better manage obsolescence risk while staying ahead of turmoil in the market.
